SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Wildagerie LLC, doing business as House of Parable (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

• Canada
   

Some products—particularly third-party supplements—may have additional international restrictions.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
   
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
   
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
   

Expedited Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days (U.S.)
   
• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be extended.

Third-Party Fulfillment (Including Fullscript)

Some products available through our website may be fulfilled by third-party partners, including Fullscript. These orders:

• Ship directly from the third-party provider
   
• Follow the shipping policies, timelines, and inventory availability of that provider
   
• Cannot be modified, combined, or refunded by Wildagerie LLC once placed
   

For third-party supplement orders, all fulfillment, labeling, quality control, shipping, and tracking are handled by the third-party provider.

Company-Fulfilled Products (Teas, Body Care, Candles, etc.)

Wildagerie LLC fulfills its own branded products, which may include:

• Herbal teas
   
• Body care
   
• Candles
   
• Aromatics
   
• Apothecary goods
   

These items ship separately from third-party products and follow this Shipping Policy.

Free Shipping

• United States (Contiguous 48 States):
  Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping
   
• Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada:
  Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping
   

Expedited shipping is always available at an additional cost.

Shipping to Canada

Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days
   

Pricing & Currency

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
   
• Your credit card company determines the final exchange rate
   

Duties & Taxes

• Canadian duties and taxes are NOT included in the order total
   
• These charges are the customer’s responsibility
   
• Please contact your local customs office for details
   

Import Restrictions

You are responsible for confirming whether your ordered products are permitted for import into Canada. Some supplements, aromatics, or ingredients may be restricted.

Orders must:

• Be for personal use
   
• Meet Canadian quantity and value limits
   

Returned, Refused, or Abandoned Packages

• If a package is returned due to:
   
  • Address errors
     
  • Refusal
     
  • Customs restrictions
     
  • Failure to claim
     

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• If a package is abandoned by customs, no refunds or credits will be issued
   

Backordered Items

If your order includes out-of-stock or backordered items:

• The entire order will ship once all items are back in stock
   
• You will receive tracking information when the order ships
   

Shipping Refunds

Shipping refunds will only be issued if we fail to meet our stated processing timeline, not due to carrier delays, weather issues, or customs processing.

Third-Party Shipments

If shipping to a third-party recipient:

• You are responsible for any additional charges incurred
   
• We do not accept returns from third-party shipments once reshipped
