SERVICES POLICY

This Services Policy applies to all services offered by Wildagerie LLC, doing business as House of Parable (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to group coaching programs, educational sessions, workshops, intensives, community programs, and any optional one-on-one calls or private sessions.

By purchasing or participating in any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Educational Nature of Services

All services are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. Participation in any service does not create a provider–patient relationship, therapeutic relationship, or medical relationship of any kind.

Wildagerie LLC does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, telehealth services, or clinical care.

Group Coaching & Programs

Group programs, academies, workshops, and community offerings are typically delivered over a defined time period and may include:

• Live or recorded sessions
   
• Educational content
   
• Group discussions
   
• Worksheets or digital materials
   

Because access to content and group participation is granted immediately or upon program start, group programs are non-refundable once access is provided.

If a payment plan is offered, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or attendance.

One-on-One Sessions (If Offered)

If one-on-one calls, coaching sessions, or private consultations are offered:

• Full payment is required in advance
   
• Sessions must be used within the stated timeframe
   
• One-on-one sessions are non-refundable once scheduled
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling for One-on-One Sessions

If one-on-one sessions are offered, the following applies:

• You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
   
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited
   
• No-shows are not refunded or rescheduled
   
• Late arrivals do not extend your session time
   

Refund Policy for Services

All services, including:

• Group coaching
   
• Online programs
   
• Workshops
   
• Masterclasses
   
• Membership-based programs
   
• One-on-one sessions
   

are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing on the specific service sales page.

Participation, partial attendance, non-attendance, dissatisfaction with results, or change of personal circumstances does not qualify for a refund.

Program Changes & Cancellations by Us

Wildagerie LLC reserves the right to:

• Modify program content
   
• Substitute facilitators
   
• Change delivery format
   
• Reschedule sessions
   
• Cancel programs due to unforeseen circumstances
   

If a program is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for properly delivered services. Attempted chargebacks for services rendered may result in:

• Immediate termination of access to services
   
• Removal from communities or programs
   
• Permanent ban from future offerings
   

You agree to first contact us directly to attempt resolution before pursuing any dispute with your financial institution.

Behavior & Participation

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program or service without refund for:

• Disruptive behavior
   
• Harassment of other participants
   
• Violation of community guidelines
   
• Violation of these Terms
   

Technology Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your internet connection
   
• Device functionality
   
• Access to required platforms
   

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to technical issues on your end.
