RETURN POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Wildagerie LLC, doing business as House of Parable (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Products & Online Programs (Non-Refundable)

All digital products, downloads, online courses, virtual programs, memberships, recordings, PDFs, and educational materials are final sale and non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access and irreversible delivery of digital content, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital products once purchased.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Online courses
   
• PDF guides and downloads
   
• Audio recordings
   
• Membership access
   
• Virtual workshops
   
• Digital planners
   
• Educational programs

Company-Fulfilled Physical Products (Teas, Body Care, Candles, etc.)

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Wildagerie LLC branded physical products for quality, freshness, and labeled potency.

If you are not fully satisfied with your physical product purchase:

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
   
• Products must be unused and in original condition
   
• A full refund of the product cost will be issued once the return is received and inspected
   
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
   
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
   

Third-Party Products (Including Fullscript)

Some products sold through our website are fulfilled by third-party providers, including Fullscript.

These products are subject to the return and refund policies of the third-party provider, not Wildagerie LLC.

We do not accept physical returns of third-party products and do not issue refunds for third-party orders once shipped. All return requests for third-party products must be submitted directly through the provider’s platform.

Third-Party Shipping Restrictions

If shipping to a third-party recipient:

• You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred
   
• We do not accept returns from third-party shipments once an order has been reshipped
   

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
   
• Include clear photos of the damage or defect, the packaging, and the shipping label
   

After review, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products of any kind
   
• Opened or used personal care products
   
• Gift cards
   
• Clearance or final-sale items
   
• Third-party fulfilled items
   
• Items returned after 30 days
   

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds for eligible physical products are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
